New law governing regular audits
Since January 1st, 2012, duties regarding regular audits were expanded.
As of now, a company that exceeds two of the following parameters in two successive years falls under the new law:
-Total assets of CHF 20 million
-Sales revenue of CHF 40 million
-250 fulltime employees on average during the year
