Legal charges against Startplace – the district attorney for Zug has decided not to invesitgate
The distirct attorney’s office for Zug came to a decision on April 5th 2013 in regard to the criminal complaint filed by STARTUPS.CH against the operators of www.startplace.ch.
The district attorney for Zug has decided not to investigate the criminal compliant of STARTUPS.CH against startplace.ch any further. Since startplace has in the meantime partially altered its site design and content, the proxies of STARTUPS.CH have decided not to pursue the matter any further. We would like to take this opportunity to just emphasis once more that STARTUPS.CH has nothing to do with www.startplace.ch.
