Interview with Mr. Lacerda, one of the first who founded a company with a contribution in kind in the form of cryptocurrencies
It is a first of its kind in the Canton of Zug, if not in all of Switzerland: founding a company with a contribution in kind, which fully consisted of cryptocurrencies. The founder is Mr. Lacerda who founded his company Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Services Zug AG with the help of STARTUPS.CH. In the Interview with STARTUPS.CH he tells us how he got into cryptocurrencies, how he experienced the founding process and he shares his advice for future founders.
Mr. Lacerda, in the past two years cryptocurrencies got more well-known to the general public but they have been around for a lot longer. How did you get into cryptocurrencies?
I was referenced by a friend some time ago as an investment opportunity, at the beginning I was skeptical and I didn’t really invest in it. But after some time, I realized it was a really good opportunity and so I decided to give it a try. That’s when I started realizing the potential of bitcoin and blockchain technology.
You are now the very first person who founded his company with a contribution in kind, which fully consists of cryptocurrencies in the Canton of Zug, probably even the first in all of Switzerland. How did you come up with this idea?
When I was in the process of setting up the company I asked the respective authorities in Zug if it was possible to set up a company with cryptocurrency. Their answer was positive and this allowed me to proceed. It turned out to simplify the whole process.
Founding a business is exciting, especially yours. How did you experience this process?
The process with STARTUPS.CH was fairly straightforward and the founding of the company with cryptocurrency turned to save some time in the whole process.
One last question: what advice do you have for future founders in general and especially for those who plan on founding a company with cryptocurrencies?
STARTUPS.CH is really helpful to start founding your business and if you are looking to speed up the whole process, using cryptocurrency appears to be a good option.
