The Booster Team
The Business Booster Team consists of Swisscom specialists from a variety of fields. It is formed for each specific Booster Case and individually tailored to the industry in question. In close co-operation with the selected SME, the team identifies the business’ specific needs, and optimises information and communication solutions according to these needs.
The aim of this service is to increase company efficiency so that employees can return to focusing entirely on their core competencies.
Booster cases
The specialists at Swisscom have successfully provided support to five companies. Michael Fischer is the owner of ARTE Verdana, a garden design company from Dintikon AG. He was selected by a jury from a large number of applicants and received a visit from the Swisscom Business Booster Team in January 2015. Together, they simplified ARTE Verdana’s website maintenance and improved communication with customers.
