Commercial Register new entries in April 2016 show strong growth of 3.6% compared to the same period for the previous year. In total, 3,530 companies were entered into the Commercial Register. April saw a decline of 2.3% in comparison with a strong start-up month of March. more

A legal entity in another country (e.g. a PLC) is fundamentally entitled to open branch offices in Switzerland. This raises the question: how should this branch office be represented. more
