In August 2022, 3,426 companies were founded in Switzerland. Compared to the previous month, this corresponds to a decrease of 15.16%. Compared to the previous year, however, there was an increase of 5.42%. more

After 2015 you need to have at least one Swiss Director to start a limited or public limited company in Switzerland. 2014 set a new record on the amount of register changes in Switzerland. Last year 41’588 register changes were recorded. more
