Il est toutefois contraire \u00e0 l&#8217;obligation de loyaut\u00e9 (art. 321a CO) que les prestations du salari\u00e9 soient affaiblies au point que celui-ci ne soit plus en mesure de remplir pleinement son obligation de travail. De plus, le fait de se livrer \u00e0 une activit\u00e9 secondaire qui entre en concurrence avec celle de son employeur constitue une violation de l&#8217;obligation de loyaut\u00e9.
