Rather, it is possible to use euros or other currencies as well.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. The share capital must be deposited in a <strong>Swiss bank (blocked account for company foundation)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>2. The equivalent of the foreign currency in Swiss Francs must be <strong>at least<\/strong> as high as the <strong>minimal legally required capital<\/strong> for the company&#8217;s foundation (GmbH: At least CHF <strong>20&#8217;000<\/strong>; AG: At least CHF <strong>100&#8217;000<\/strong>; At least CHF <strong>50&#8217;000<\/strong> paid in upon foundation).<\/p>\n<p>The capital can be deposited in any Swiss bank of one&#8217;s choice (blocked account for company foundation). Caution: <strong>Postfinance <\/strong>is still not considered as a Bank.
